Obtaining a visa to enter Japan is the individual responsibility of each participant. Please ensure you submit your application at an appropriate time relative to your travel schedule.

Please check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website to confirm if a visa is required for your travel. If your country is listed under "Exemption of Visa (Short-Term Stay)", a visa is generally not required for short-term stays. However, if there are any specific notes or conditions listed for your country, please review them carefully.

If your country is not exempt and you require a visa, we will issue an Invitation Letter upon request.

• Congress Registration Number (found in your registration confirmation email)
• Agreement to our Personal Information Protection Policy (required on the request form)
