To register under the age of 30 (participants up to 29 years and 364 days of age on March 26, 2027), proof of your date of birth, such as a passport, is required.
For registration within 5 years of training, documentation from your affiliated institution or a CV is necessary for verification.

Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through the online system. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB) are accepted. Please note that credit card payments can only be made through the online system.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the Secretariat by email. Refunds will be handled as follows:
- On or before September 30, 2026: 95% of the total payment will be refunded
- After October 1, 2026: No refund will be issued
- All refunds will be processed and issued by October 30.
Confirmation
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your online registration information and payment. A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address you provided.
Privacy Policy
For pre-registration arrangements, the 16th Asia Oceania ORL-HNS Congress entrusts MediProduce, Inc. as the PCO. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the MediProduce, Inc. privacy policy.
Personal information entered into the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the congress.
Your information will be stored on a secure server with restricted access.
