Poster presentation instructions

Please refer to the following when preparing your poster:

Poster dimensions should not exceed 90 x 180 cm (see below)
State the title, the authors and institutions at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters
Indicate the presenting author if different from the first author
The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance

Time schedule

The posters will be organized by program numbers. Please post your poster at the designated area.

Set up: Tuesday April 3, 09:00 - 12:00
Removal: Wednesday April 4, 15:00 - 17:00

Poster viewings:

Tuesday April 3, 12:00 - Wednesday April 4, 15:00
Tuesday April 3, 14:00 - 14:50 (Poster session)

The presence of authors at their posters will be required during the poster session (April 3, 14:00 - 14:50) in order to answer questions and have discussions with the viewers. Poster presentation is a free discussion without moderators.

Other notes

Posters should be brought to the meeting and not mailed, as the conference organizers have no responsibility for loss or mishandling.
Presenting authors are responsible for set-up and removal of posters.
Audio-visual equipment may not be used.
Mounting pins will be available at the venue.
 



Abstract Submission Guidelines

1) Abstracts must be written in EnglishPresenting authors are responsible for set-up and removal of posters. and are limited to 200 words.
2) Do not include charts or graphics.
3) Abstracts must be submitted by e-mail using the Abstract Submission Form.
4) Abstracts are reviewed and selected by the Conference organizers. Accepted abstracts are allocated to poster presentations.
5) Submitting author will be notified about status of abstract acceptance/non-acceptance in mid-Februaly to the e-mail address provided during the submission process.
6) Instructions for poster presentations will be provided to authors of accepted abstracts with acceptance notifications.
7) Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book form to be made available for conference participants.
8) The submitting author is designated as the presenting author and is required to register for the Conference when submitting an abstract.
