Please use the Japan Post Bank transfer form for pre-registration. The form can be found in the magazines “Nippon Ganka Gakkai Zasshi” and “Nippon no Gannka” issued in November.

If you live outside of Japan

-If you plan to submit or have submitted an abstract to JOS, it is necessary to become an International Member. The Secretariat will inform you about the details of pre-registration in mid-January.

The International Membership fee is 3,000 yen

-If you do not plan to submit or have not submitted abstract to JOS, it is not necessary to become International Member. You can attend the meeting as a non-member.
Pre-registration for non-members is not available, so please register and pay on-site.

2. Medical interns/residents, graduate students and Orthoptists need to show a proof of status from their supervisor upon registration.
