Fee: 20,000JPY
*Please note that number of seats for the dinner is very limited. We recommend your earlier application.
Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) with a credit card through the online system. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB) can be used to make payment. Payment by credit card is possible only through the online system.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please email to the Secretariat. Refunds will be handled as follows:
- We will proceed with all refunds and issue within 30 days after the Symposium.
On or before December 15, 2026: refund 95% of total payment.
After December 15, 2026: no refund
Confirmation
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
Privacy Policy
Regarding pre-registration arrangements, we, the 9th International Symposium on Meniere's Disease and Inner Ear Disorders, entrust it to the PCO MediProduce, Inc., and the personal information would be treated based on MediProduce, Inc.’s privacy policy. Please note that personal information entered the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the congress. Your information will be stored on a controlled server with restricted access.
