Abstract Submission

Submission Deadline

September 25 (noon) to November 25 (noon), 2026

General Conditions

  • Registration is strongly recommended before the abstract submission deadline on November 25. Your registration will be weighed as one of the important factors for the acceptance of your abstract(s).
  • A maximum of three abstract submissions per person is allowed.
  • Abstracts must be submitted via this website only. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be received by the stated deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • All abstracts MUST be submitted in ENGLISH.
  • The Presenting Author must be the First (submitting) Author with his or her name appearing first in the abstract.
  • The abstract body should be no more than 1,800 characters (approximately 300 words), and the title should be within 150 characters, including spaces.
  • The authors are responsible for checking mistakes in literature or in scientific facts.
  • All submitted abstracts will be forwarded to the Committee for review. Notifications regarding status will be sent once the review process is completed.
  • Authors may choose to submit for either oral or poster presentations, but please note the final decision including presentation date & time will be made by the President and Program Committee.
  • You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the abstract number which it has been allocated. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
  • If there is a change in presenting author, the conference organizers must be informed in advance.
  • If the presenting author has not registered, the acceptance will be withdrawn.

Submit Abstract

First and Co-authors 20 authors or less
Affiliation/ Institutions 10 affiliations/institutions or less
Abstract Title 150 characters including spaces
Abstract Body 1,800 characters (approx. 300 words) including spaces
  • Acceptable structure of an abstract must consist of four components: Background/Aim, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  • Only one TABLE, GRAPH, or IMAGE may be submitted.
  • The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500KB and JPG format is recommended.

Travel Grant Application

Travel grants will be available for First (submitting, presenting) Authors who have an accepted abstract for the Symposium. The program committee will review the applicants and select up to 5 excellent abstracts.

Outline of grant application

  • Age Qualification: Must be under 40 years old as of January 1, 2027
  • Grant Coverage: Registration fee and Gala Dinner fee will be waived.
    *Applicants are required to pay the registration and Gala Dinner fees at the time of abstract submission. The fees will be reimbursed in Japanese yen after the applicant’s presentation during the Symposium.

Personal Information Protection

“Names” and “contact addresses” provided to us for Abstract Submission for the conference shall be used for the purpose of contact from the secretariat, notification of acceptance or rejection, and any information related to the presentation. In addition, the “presenters’ names, “affiliation names,” “title” and “abstract text” shall be used for publication in the program/proceedings and on the website, but not for other purposes.

As a Congress Secretariat of the Symposium, MediProduce, Inc., shall handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and ensure proper management.
