2. How to Register

JAAM Members

Please bring your 2017 member ID. On the day of the conference, please register and pay the registration fee. For those who have not yet received their ID, please register using a temporary ID from JAAM Secretariat Desk.

Non-members

Please register to participate by filling in the necessary items on the participation application form and paying the registration fee.

Students

1)  The registration fee is required for graduate students and free for undergraduate university students and vocational school students. Please show your photo student ID. If you do not show your student ID, we may not be able to prove you are a student. Please do not forget to bring your student ID.
2) Please register to participate by filling in the necessary items on the participation application form, paying the registration fee, and showing your student ID.
3) Graduate students will be given a conference badge (name card with receipt attached). Undergraduate university students and vocational school students will be given a conference badge (name card).
*Please fill out your name and affiliation on your participation certificate and wear it when inside the venue. Those not wearing their participation certificate will not be allowed to enter the venue.

3. Program and Abstracts

Open the application store on your mobile device (App Store on iOS, Google Play for Android) and search for " 抗加齢、アンチエイジング". The password is "jaam2017".
We will send those who pre-register a program and abstracts book ahead of time. For those registering on-site, please purchase a program and abstracts book at reception (¥2,000 per book).


4. Ribbons

During the conference, board members, councilors, program committee members, board certified fellows and instructors, and chairmen and lecturers of all sessions, excluding corporate sponsored seminars, will wear a ribbon. Ribbons will be given out on the day of the conference at the general reception desk. However, we will only issue ribbons for moderators and lecturers of poster sessions at the front of the poster venue. Ribbon classification is as follows.

5. Various Services

(1)  Cloak
Please use the cloak set up at the Tokyo International Forum B1 lobby gallery. You may not store any valuables, computers, etc. In addition, we kindly ask that you understand that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
(2) Wireless LAN and Internet Environment
There is Wi-Fi located inside the Tokyo International Forum, public areas, and in the lobby of each hall. The SSID is “tif-free-wifi”, and there is no password.
(3) Call Announcements
Except in emergency situations, there will be no call announcements made in the venue. To communicate with other attendees, please use the message board located in the Tokyo International Forum B1 lobby gallery.
(4) Parking Lot
As parking space is limited, please use public transportation as much as possible. For attendees coming by car, please use the Tokyo International Forum paid parking lot.
(5) Business Center
In the business center (4th floor of the glass building) attendees may copy or fax (paid service).
(6) Convenience Store
In the lobby gallery (B1) there is a Family Mart (7:00-23:30). Bread, bentos (lunch boxes), drinks, etc. may be purchased. There is also a delivery service and ATM available.

6. Luncheon Seminars

In order to reduce crowding during the luncheon seminars, we will distribute tickets. After finishing registration, please proceed to the luncheon seminar ticket desk (Tokyo International Forum B1 lobby gallery). As there is a limited amount of tickets, we will distribute the tickets for each day in order of arrival, and we will finish once the tickets are gone. If there are still tickets remaining after the distribution time has finished, we will give out the tickets in front of each luncheon seminar’s venue. Moreover, the amount of tickets distributed one day before each seminar will be approximately 20% of the total tickets. Please note that depending on the seminar, the tickets may run out soon after ticket distribution begins. We will not reprint any tickets. Please be careful not to lose the tickets.

* Tickets become invalid 5 mins after the seminar begins.
* Those with seminar tickets will be given priority when entering the hall. Once we reach maximum capacity, attendees may not enter the seminar room.
* There are no tickets for morning and evening seminars.

7. Banquet

Anyone may join who is registered for the conference. Snacks and drinks will be available.

8. Run for Longevity

A 5km course consisting of one lap around the Imperial Palace starting and finishing at Sakurada Gate. There will be prizes for the top 1-3 men and women.

Opening ceremony: 7:00
Closing ceremony: 8:30
Participation requirements: attendee of the 17th Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine. Must be in good health (no age or gender limitations) and understand the purpose of the event.
Number of participants: first 50 applicants
Participation fee: ¥1,000 (includes sports insurance)

9. Corporate and Book Exhibitions

11. Prohibited Matters

(1)  Photography and video
Photography and audio/video recording by camera, video, cell phone, etc. are prohibited inside lecture and poster halls.
(2) Cell phones
Talking on cell phones is not permitted inside lecture halls. Furthermore, when inside the venue, please set your cell phone to silent mode to avoid disrupting a lecture.
(3) No smoking Smoking is forbidden inside the venue.
